OUR COMMITTEE

Women in Business and Leadership Medicine Hat, also known as Women in Business (WIB), is a non-profit society that provides opportunities for networking, business and community connections, and professional development to female business professionals in the Medicine Hat region. Our committee is dedicated to uplifting the female business community.

We achieve this by organizing events, fundraising for event sponsorship, and working together in the best interest of the committee as well as the business professionals who sponsor, support, and attend these events.

OUR History

The Medicine Hat Women In Business group was established in 2001 by five visionary female professionals. They identified a pressing need for business training, workshops, and speakers tailored for women in Medicine Hat. From its inception, our group has emphasized networking opportunities for female business professionals.
